  1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our website.
  2. Refund Schedule:
    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date: Full refund minus administrative charges.
    • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the check-in date: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date: No refund.
  3. No-Shows: No refund will be provided for no-shows.
  4. Force Majeure: In case of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we may offer rescheduling of stay or credit for future use.

  1. Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  2. Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Registration: All guests must register at the reception with valid identification upon arrival.
